First I want to thank you for your great coaching. I went to an auction last week in Dinwiddie Virginia and a bought a piece of land (1acre) for 500USD. Market value according to Zillow is around $10K per acre. I follow your advice and went to see the neighbor and offer the land………Great!!!!! her brother in law is interested because I offered at 40% below MV.
I hope I am going to close the deal in less than a week from now. I already went to do a land research for my next auction taking place this week.
