It has been less than two months and I finally located a tax sale close to home. I bought two properties at this sale and now have to wait six months to see if they will be redeemed.It was exciting to see how the process works. I paid $6000 for the two properties and they are accessed at $60,000. I think it was a good deal. The worst thing that could happen is I will get 1 1/2% per month and everyone knows that’s better than the bank would give me. I tried checking into this (tax certificates) about five years ago on my own and couldn’t find out how to proceed. Now with your help, I know how to proceed and still have more to
