I Feel it is ProfitableDustin, thanks for being real about this business. I’ve done a number of things for profit, and even though I have not yet jumped into this, I feel it is profitable! Keep Putting Out The VideosDustin love your shows. Just getting started in deeds. I have bought your books, have read them cover to cover. Went to a sale in Indiana and one in Florida deed sales. My question is sheriffs sales are they on the same order as deed sales? And do you pay a lower percentage on the tax amount? Heard about it from a friend thought I would ask your opinion. Learn A LotI follow up your videos and I think I learn a lot. So far, I went to 6 Tax Deed sales in Connecticut and purchased one property for $80,000. ( the house was on market for $199,000 before this sale) But I have a question. The attorney, told everybody that the title insurance will not be available for 2 years after we receive our deed. How important is this Title Insurance and, will I be able to sell this property without it? Can you please explain this issue. Thank you for your help.
