At 66 it becomes a lot harder to start your morning period. My one son owns a crossfit gym which I use when there. I enjoy crossfit but find it hard to do it alone. No excuse. Will begin starting a morning routine that will benefit me and my wife. Motivation is hard but required. Thanks for the encouragement!
