In this weeks video you’ve mentioned working from your computer. I want to do the same and from what I’ve learn thus far regards OTC via online. Is this the only way of purchasing from home or there’s another way?
Please let me know, I would appreciate it a lot.
At the moment my focus is on Texas. I know they will have a sale going on Tuesday but not sure and can’t make that trip. I plan to attend next month 2012.
I also heard down south another sale is happening on the 5th of December. Both sales I can’t make however, there maybe a potential of OTC’s.Thank you so much for your sharing of knowledge.

Dustin: Heard on this video someone said they purchased properties in Indiana, a Lien State. Where do you find these? Is this what they call a commissioner’s sale or are they sold over-the-counter? It would seem to me that all lien states need the revenue, so after the 1 or 2 year redemption period, they must have a way of disposing of them. How do you find these sales, if you want deeds? I really appreciate all your videos. This is something my son and I are anxious to pursue.

Hey Dustin. Thanks for today’s video. I’ve read the above letters and understand where they’re coming from. I too have sat in their shoes but now have the chance to make a move. I wish I was in Texas for the upcoming sales happening on the 3rd of Jan. There are a lot of properties for sale at the auction at this time but being I can’t. I give props to Augie and Rudy. Guys check out Bexar County, you’ll be surprised at the cost of some. If I could be there for that sale, I would and purchase those. Again, thanks for your leadership Dustin. Hope to talk soon.
