I would have liked more depth about the process of acquiring tax deeds.  Overall, I found this book helpful in the sense that I now know all the states that deal in tax deeds.

Well Dustin I am the opposite. I have the time and BALLS, LOL just not the big bucks others seem to have. I want to invest with you guys SO BAD. But I don’t have any more money to buy in. Want to sell my house for money to invest. Due to my credit being hit a lot in order to make my business run I am not able to. I tried through the Alliance people in Vancouver Washington, the only ones in Vanc. that was on your list. And we got turned down. I feel a little stuck between a rock and hard place with money. Trying so hard. I am extremely interested.

Awesome priceless info from a pro. Thanks so much. Took lots of notes. The way you do things is largely how I will do it. I have been wanting to rehab houses for years. And have been learning and keeping up for awhile. HGTV and DIY are great resources too. From their shows to the people that do them to HGTV magazine. DIY and HGTV websites, very valueable. I am going to do a rehab flip in San Jose with investor flipper friend. Searching for the right property. This is the part of real estate I like, so excited. Thanks D and D.
