I follow up your videos and I think I learn a lot. So far, I went to 6 Tax Deed sales in Connecticut and purchased one property for $80,000. ( the house was on market for $199,000 before this sale) But I have a question. The attorney, told everybody that the title insurance will not be available for 2 years after we receive our deed. How important is this Title Insurance and, will I be able to sell this property without it? Can you please explain this issue. Thank you for your help.
