Hey Dustin, glad to hear your OK and visiting Family. You mentioned you run your business from virtually anywhere. Do you pay someone to look at the properties for you or how do you get around this? I’ve been to a few auctions and saw how some properties get bid up to 80% of there value and how some are not worth the bid but still get bid on because they didn’t do their due diligence. Actually gave me more confidence so I’m ready for the next step just need to come up with some cash. It was good to see another video, keep them coming. Glad your doing good.
