Hey Dustin, glad to hear your OK and visiting Family. You mentioned you run your business from virtually anywhere. Do you pay someone to look at the properties for you or how do you get around this? I’ve been to a few auctions and saw how some properties get bid up to 80% of there value and how some are not worth the bid but still get bid on because they didn’t do their due diligence. Actually gave me more confidence so I’m ready for the next step just need to come up with some cash. It was good to see another video, keep them coming. Glad your doing good.

Do you have any information on Comian tax lien investing fund? Supposedly you can invest in their fund and get double digit returns each year. The bad part is they hold your money for 5 to 6 years. Is this a good place to invest? What is your opinion about this? PS I recently broke up with my girlfriend. She was from Calabria Italy and these Italians from there are known to have hard heads. She sure did and was very stubborn. Go out and enjoy yourself because there a lot of fish in the sea. That is what I am doing. Good luck Dustin.

We are living in Melbourne, we need help with the Tax lien stuff desperately. We have organized the IRS number the USA address, and the USA soft card, Bank account. Now, we are stuck ……I spent $30.00 talking to two different Counties who gave me no information at all.
What is the best site to view properties clearly to enable the best decision making.

First off, congrats on all you’ve accomplished in regards to your business and personal growth! Can you address how to handle the redemption period for tax deeds? Can the property be wholesaled or renovated during that period? Also, can you comment on which states are easiest to foreclosure on with tax liens. Is it a difficult process in some states?
